According to some news its known that the hearing regarding the transitory conservatorship of Britney Spears will be held in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, which could influence that whether the pop star singer will continue to remain legally underneath the care of her father and a lawyer.
A judge said that Britney was to be placed under a transitory conservatorship, overseen by her father named Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet, back in February. The ruling permitted Jamie Spears and Wallet to make decisions, including the decisions on financial matters, on Britney’s behalf. In addition to this, a temporary limiting order was filed by the conservatorship against Britney’s friend, named Sam Lutfi. The order was finally served and unmitigated.Lawyers will meet in court on Thursday for the conservatorship during a morning session. It is not clear regarding the Britney’s presence during hearing. A source told X-17 Online on Tuesday that the temporary conservatorship may come to an end, but the shift seems doubtful as Britney’s current custody deal with Kevin Federline is said to weigh a great deal on the conservatorship and her father’s part in her life.
An afternoon conference will tackle the temporary restrictive order against Lutfi and whether to make that order forever or to change it.E! News said that, Britney’s earlier regular companion, who has failed to visit the pop star since February 1, will fight for making this order permanent.
